Moore's Electrical & Mechanical is seeking Welders and Pipefitters to our commercial construction group. Ideal candidates should have experience in mechanical piping system installation in commercial settings and be open to helping other trades if needed. Candidates should be willing to work closely with job site foreman to ensure installations are performed effectively and efficiently according to drawings and direction of the foreman, while assisting in mentoring and developing helpers and apprentices designated to their team. Essential Skills : Thorough knowledge and experience of the mechanical piping trade including: Ability to fit and/or weld carbon steel pipe Ability to solder copper pipe Ability to install screw and victaulic pipe Ability to set and hook up equipment Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Work as a trainer and mentor for helpers and apprentices Must be dependable and willing to complete a project from start to finish Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Must have a valid driver's license and dependable transportation Rigging experience a plus Ability to operate equipment on site as needed Moore's offers industry leading benefits including: Health, dental, and vision insurance with a Health Savings Account option Short and Long Term Disability Insurance Life Insurance Industry leading PTO policy including a safety incentive to earn more PTO 401K Retirement Plan Moore's is 100% employee owned.
