Be part of something wonderful! Join Bridgeway. The Outpatient Therapist has the role to provide mental health counseling services using a variety of therapeutic modalities. To learn more about this position, please read the summarized list of duties below. Provide therapy/counseling services for Bridgeway consumers including individual, couple/family and group services consistent with individualized consumer centered plan and based on assessment information and medical necessity. Ensure internal and/or external linkages are made for the consumer when necessary, providing follow up and continuity of care planning as authorized by the consumer. Implement practices to maintain no show rates at less than 9%. Provide follow up services including letters and phone calls to no show consumers or consumers who have dropped out of services. provides consultation and education to Bridgeway staff and members of the surrounding communities to promote a better understanding and acceptance of mental illness and the concept of recovery. Provides crisis intervention services as needed as a backup to the Bridgeway Emergency Serivces Team. A Master's degree or equivalent is preferred, but will consider Graduate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field and prior internship in counseling. LCPC or LCSW licensure is required or must be obtained within 1 year of employment. Must also have reliable transportation. Employment with Bridgeway is conditional upon completion of all background checks.
