Summary **This position is a temporary role, engaging in outdoor work.** Anticipated start date of April 1st, 2023. Assist with the supervision and work with a diverse array of young adults to complete greencollar work projects throughout Northwest Michigan under the direction of Crew Leaders. TheAssistant Crew Leaders will be responsible for supporting a valuable experience for theEcoCorps Members facilitating environmental education, life skills, transferable work skills, andsafe, positive work environment. Assistant Crew Leaders will be responsible for managing andsupervising Crew Members as directed by Crew Leaders. Assistant Crew Leaders will beexpected to support project completion. All work may not be in conducting supervision.
