THE OPPORTUNITY Holland Construction Services is seeking a Project Director (Commercial) to lead multiple project teams that are responsible for successful completion of complex construction projects. The Project Director will oversee projects ranging from $10-20M in revenue. This is an opportunity to contribute to the growth of the company at an exciting time for Holland Construction Services. WHAT YOU'LL DO Leads multiple project teams to ensure timely execution of all assigned tasks. Oversees project budgets and manages cost. Manages Project Managers and Project Engineers. Participates in contract negotiations and debriefs teams on final contract requirements. Follows up on new business opportunities, while nurturing existing relationships. Directs risk management controls and implementation. Identifies manpower needs for market sector(s) and works collaboratively with leadership to plan for immediate and long-term needs. WHAT YOU'LL NEED 10 years of experience managing construction projects for a General Contractor. Knowledge of construction principles and practices. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. INCENTIVE HIGHLIGHTS Market competitive compensation.
