Market of Choice is hiring for a Full Time Human Resources Assistant to join our Eugene Team! This is a great opportunity to gain entry-level experience in Human Resources. This position starts at $17 up to $21.75/hour depending on experience. DUTIES As an HR Assistant, some of your responsibilities will include: Conducting new hire phone and in-person interviews and assisting in employee selection Conducting employee orientations Administering different types of protected leave, Workers Compensation & ADA paperwork Enforcing company policies Maintaining accurate and up to date personnel files Maintaining superior customer relations with teammates and supervisors Contributing to the overall operation of the store This is an entry-level HR position that requires: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Great customer service skills Organization skills & attention to detail Open availability (including weekend/holidays) The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge and/or experience in interviewing & hiring, leave/Workers Compensation/ADA, and basic computer skills.
