Expanding Ancillary Services and anxious to add a new team member. This is a full time position with all benefits and matching 401(k), paid holidays and PTO. IMO will be celebrating 32 years in business in May with our home office in Plano, just south of Shops at Legacy. Upon successful completion of 60 days training, employee is eligible for hybrid work with 3 days in office/2 days remote.Successful candidate will have a strong medical office background with comprehensive knowledge of medical termiology, ICD-9/10 and CPT coding. Additional essential qualities are: Advanced skill level in computer literacy to enter, access or retrieve data with high level of accuracy Type 40+ WPM Familiar with Division of Workers' Compensation and the Texas law regarding workers' compensation Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the medical field Critical thinking skills Capacity for multi-tasking and meeting mandated timeframes High school graduate or equivalent Medical office experience of 2-3 years Coursework in medical terminology a plus Ability to understand and interpret medical record Immediate opening - actively interviewing
