Job Description: A logistics clerk is a professional who helps optimize the flow of goods through an organization. They support logisticians by receiving incoming shipments, coordinating deliveries and accounting for our facility's inventory. Responsibilities: Review and verify shipment orders Track shipments and input data into the company system Respond to customer service requests when necessary Register customer equipment warranties Create/Process Purchase Orders Process and review claims Monitor and maintain warranty documents Record customer energy efficiency certificates for tax purposes Reconcile variances between customer contracts and the internal system of record Job Qualifications : High school diploma or GED certificate; associate degree preferred Must be able to multitask and work independently Proficient computer skills Ability to work in windows based environment Friendly and helpful phone demeanor Excellent communication and organizational skills Attention to detail Prioritize time management Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, 401k Exponential growth potential A friendly work environment Community and charity involvement Sick, personal, and vacation days
