Summary of Responsibilities: Under the general direction of the Regional Director of Supports Coordination or their designee, this person is responsible for the oversight of Supports Coordination services. This person provides supervision for staff to ensure that eligibility criteria and ODP regulations are maintained. Operations are conducted in accordance with all existing policies, procedures, and regulations and in accord with the Mission and Values of the Company. Essential Functions: Efficiently operates their Supports Coordinator Team Reviews service notes and consumer files Provides coaching for the Supports Coordinator Attends local provider meetings Achieves target level of service delivery Provides caseload coverage Interacts with Administrative Entities (AE) Provides feedback on staff performance Promotes an engaged IDD team Promotes client satisfaction Maintains positive relationships Personal Characteristics: Servant Leader, Independent, Tech-Savvy, Responsive, Kind, Ethical, Motivated, Active Listener, Life-Long Learner, Adaptable, Confidential, Resourceful, Values, & Trustworthy Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree with major coursework in Sociology, Social Welfare, Psychology, Gerontology, Criminal Justice, or other related social sciences and two years of experience as a Supports Coordinator, or a combination of experience and education equaling at least six years of experience in public or private social work including at least 24 college-level credits in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology or other related social science Employment Requirements: Automobile and Valid Insurance, Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License, acceptable Motor Vehicle Record Check, Act 33 and Act 34 Clearances, FBI Fingerprint Clearance, Social Security Card, Immigration and Naturalization (I-9), Drug Screening Clearance Working Conditions: Prolonged periods working on a computer in an open office environment, comfortable communicating through virtual technology, work may be required at nights and on weekends for training or appointment coverage, travel throughout the assigned region may occur and may be in adverse weather conditions, must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
