This fixed site phlebotomy position is responsible for accurately screening donors, performing phlebotomy, monitoring donors and emergency care of donors throughout our Donor Centers. While this is "Fixed Site Position", interested candidates must also be able and willing to travel to all fixed sites and mobiles. Hours: ยท Full-time Must be Trima trained or willing to become Trima trained in the next available class Qualifications : Fluent in English and Spanish Maintain Trima competency Excellent customer service skills Excellent Phlebotomy skills GREAT Benefits: Generous health coverage with a low deductible of $500.00 Employer pays employees' full premium for Health & Dental when they participate in a company sponsored Wellness Program- Savings of over $1,000 per year Payment to employee if they are covered under alternative insurance ($330-$375 stipend paid out quarterly) Tuition Reimbursement for Phlebotomy Courses of up to $3,000 Fitness/Gym Membership- Up to $25/month reimbursement for membership to fitness center of employee's choice 403b Retirement Plan- . An additional 50% match of up to 4% of the employee's contribution Discount programs- Tickets, cell phone plans, car rentals, car dealerships, private insurance plans, restaurants, etc. Employee Assistance Program- Provides 5 free off-site therapy sessions to employees and/or their families each year Life Insurance Coverage -Employer paid and one years' salary coverage PAY and BONUSES: Starting Rate is $17 per hour Within 12 months, potential to increase to $17.68 per hour Yearly increases New Hire Bonuses: You will be eligible to receive, upon completion of 180 days of service, and successfully passing probation, a $500 retention bonus. Upon completion of 365 days of service, you will receive an additional $500. Total of $1,000 over one year of employment service.
