While performing the general duties of this position, you will be able to interact with our customers, provide advice and answer questions, and engage in friendly conversation as they shop in our stores. Other duties of this position include: Complete orders at the deli counters per customer request. Keep a record of all orders to ensure accuracy. Clean and organize service and preparation areas in accordance with company safety and maintenance policies and procedures. Keep the deli case clean and stocked. Maintain fresh products by circulating food through the deli case in accordance with health and safety standards. Prepare and cook daily food and beverage items including salads, pizza, and deli meats and cheeses using proper food safety and sanitary measures. Complete customer food orders. Other duties as assigned. Requirements include: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly. Strong attention to detail. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous deli experience is a plus.
