OVERVIEW Hendall Inc. is seeking a Technical Recruiter to support our company during rapid growth surges. The Technical Recruiter will have a solid understanding of hiring within the federal government arena; preferably within the behavioral health and scientific research space. The ideal candidate will have a strong background of recruiting success for IT roles in high-pressure, high-volume environments. The candidate must have the ability to source qualified applicants, match skill sets against position requirements, utilize Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and DICE as well as possess strong oral and written communication skills. DUTIES Conduct strong Boolean searches to identify quality IT professional candidates Set up projects, templates and effectively source candidates via Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter & DICE Provide detailed responses to candidate inquiries related to open position requirements Assess candidate applications and appropriately disposition within Hendall's applicant tracking system (ATS) Review candidate responses to job questionnaires and assess for clarity, complete and thorough responses; contact applicants for additional or missing information as needed; conduct pre-screen or preliminary interview assessments Maintain applicant tracking system with accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates and candidate sourcing Provide recruiting support to Business Development and corporate recruiting as needed Perform other duties as assigned by the Director. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree 4+ years of technical recruiting experience (experience recruiting for the government or government contractors is highly desired and preferred) Experience setting up projects, templates, and sourcing on Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter and DICE Experience dispositioning candidates within an ATS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AIRS or other recruiting certification Experience providing technical / IT recruiting support within the government contracting arena Experience recruiting for IT professionals in the scientific research and/or behavioral health space Hendall Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
