IT Field Technician Advanced Dermatology is seeking a Full Time Field Tech to join our team! Job role: Provide IT support at a large multi-state medical services company Perform Desktop Refreshes Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshoot software applications Troubleshoot Internet issues and network connectivity Collaborate with peers and others to resolve service issues in a timely fashion Desktop Support (Windows 7, 10), Mobile devices (iOS, Android) Install printers, Point of Sale devices, desktop scanners, signature pads, and support phone systems and devices Other duties as needed Must possess: A car and driver's license with availability to travel 25-50% of the time within the tristate area with same day return home Strong belief in customer service excellence and business ethics with ability to deal with a wide variety of employee personalities and communications styles/preferences Ability to prioritize work and shift focus quickly when needed Collect information from clients (via phone, TEAMS, or chat) and properly create tickets in our ticketing system Collaborate with peers and other business units to resolve service issues in a timely fashion Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively Excellent judgment, problem-solving, troubleshooting, decision-making skills Ability to work independently 3-5 Years of IT Experience with: Understanding of Cyber Security Best Practices Understanding of Basic Networking Understanding of Windows Operating Systems Understanding of Mobile Operating Systems Ability to lift up to 55 lb. US work authorization Desired Certifications: MSP Experience Network+ and Security+ Certified Microsoft 365 Certified Mac OSX Experience
