We do have three branch locations and they are located in Sparta, Tomah, and West Salem, WI.The position we search to fill is a Consumer Loan Officer I. This is a full-time 40 hour a week position located in our West Salem office. As a Consumer Loan Officer I, you will be interview applicants for consumer loans and processing loan applications. You will be responsible for gathering background information and analyzing loan applicant's credit history. Normal day to day functions will be answering questions about consumer loans, determining collateral values, prepare member loan files, offer financial counseling to our members, recognize cross selling opportunities, and completing sales reports. In addition to the normal day to day functions you will be promoting and evaluating a positive attitude, dedication to the communities we serve and team collaboration and courage. In addition, you have a great opportunity for advancement within the team and organization. As a full-time Consumer Loan Officer I with 1st Community Credit Union you are eligible for our health, dental, vision, accident, critical illness, and cancer benefits. In addition, we have a 401K plan in which 1st Community Credit Union sets aside 3% of your gross wage regardless of your contribution (eligibility does apply).
