Job Description As an install helper you will be part of a 3-4-man team lead by a crew chief. Each morning you and your team will stock your vehicle for the day and arrive to the client's home as a team in the company vehicle. You will be assisting in the installation process and learning the installation process of the agreed upon department that best suites you. We appreciate experience in construction or trade related industries. Skills Needed Mechanical aptitude Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong team player mentality Ability to handle physical workload, including lifting up to 50 lbs Flexible schedule Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance Paid Vacations Paid Holidays 401K with Employer Match Job Type: Full-time Year-round work Paid training
