Description:
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our Customer Support team. The Program Support Specialist will play a pivotal role in troubleshooting customer software inquiries and issues, as well as creating knowledge resources based on trends from said customer issues and support tickets.Responsibilities- Responsible for Tier 1 customer support inquiries and escalation- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features and functionality- Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via email, chat, and video-calls- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a speedy and efficient response to customer inquiries- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members- Inform customers about new features and functionalities- Follow up with customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved- Gather customer feedback and share it with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams- Collaborate with the resources solutions team to create new knowledge base articles, videos, and FAQs- Creating short video walk-throughs for software education- Update customer account data as neededRequirements and skills:- Associates degree in business administration or a similar field- 1-2+ years of experience in an international Customer Support or similar CS role required- 1-2+ years of experience using help desk software and remote support tools- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to multi-task- Basic Microsoft Office experience- Some experience with Cloud support software is preferred- Some experience with Zendesk and/or Salesforce is a plus- Familiarity with the SAAS and lease accounting industries is a plus- Service-minded individualEZLease is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
