(Nasdaq: CMPO), a leader in payment, security, and authentication solutions, based in Somerset, N.J., is looking to establish a Employee & Community Engagement Manager position in our Transformation group, leading and driving relationships, programs and initiatives that enable employee and community engagement. This newly created manager role will work on a range of initiatives that support our employees from the inside (recognition programs, town halls, employee events, volunteer programs, employee engagement surveys) and from the outside (community outreach programs and partnerships, learning and development partnerships, regional organization outreach and relationship development). The Employee & Community Engagement Manager will be responsible for leading priority programs and initiatives that advance how we live our company values, support and communicate with our people and continue to realize our growth and goals as a company.We are looking for a well-rounded individual who thrives working on a wide range of initiatives concurrently, knows how to prioritize, is hyper-organized, can represent the company externally with key partners and organizations, always puts people first and has a track record of driving and running successful programs and initiatives.Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer and partnering closely with the HR and Communications teams, this dynamic position, is based in our Somerset, NJ Headquarters. This is a hybrid role with at least three days in the office per week.Responsibilities:· Build, manage and grow established and new community relationships and partnerships to support our business goals and values, including caring for the communities in which we live and work. This will include: Acting as the company champion and liaison for our community partners and relationships. Deepening CompoSecure's connections with organizations across the region to enable opportunities for employees to participate in various community events and initiatives and to forge connections that have the potential to lead to finding future employees for the company. Coordinate and manage all outreach opportunities, both with the community partners and employees. Manage relationships and outreach opportunities with long-standing community partners, including Roots and Wings, Elijah's Promise, Center for Great Expectations and The Arc of Somerset. Provide ongoing support for the CompoSecure Cycle Team activities. Develop and/or re-engage relationships with organizations across the region to foster connection between the company and these organizations and to create pathways for future employment at the company. Manage and further develop employee recognition programs, including Job Well Done, Community Volunteering, Anniversary Recognition, and the CompoSecure Values Awards. Evaluate current programs, determine what's working/should evolve, recommend and implement changes. Will run both current and new recognition programs. Partner with the HR team to participate in all Job Fairs, both company-run and externally sponsored. Play a central role in getting employee feedback ongoing and following events as we seek to better understand our employee engagement and areas of opportunity. Craft surveys, analyze data and make recommendations. Help prepare and drive annual survey related to NJ Top Workplaces. In partnership with Communications, HR and IT, ensure that content for employees is effectively posted and dissemination across a wide range of platforms, including: company intranet, CompoTV network, sharepoint sites, etc. Additionally, partner with HR team to ensure messaging is posted to the company's HRIS platform. Manage and update organizational information, including organization charts, distribution lists (in partnership with Communications and IT), employee information, etc. Play a key role in Learning & Development initaitives happening at the company, including supporting training initiatives and relationships with external training and development partners. Identify areas of opportunity that support our people and community and make recommendations to the team that you will implement if prioritized. Other job functions, as assigned. Required Skills and Competencies:· 5-8 years work experience· Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, marketing, communications, sociology or related field preferred· Excellence written and oral communication skills· Strong organizational skills and project management skills; ability to prioritize and re-calibrate priorities across a range of initiatives· Basic understanding of data analysis and some experience working with analytical tools· Interest in technology· Ability to analyze data and draw actionable conclusions· Strong relationship builder; works effectively at all levels of the organization and cultivates strong external partnerships on behalf of the company· Demonstrates a sense of curiosity and has a growth mindset· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
