Summary The Liquid Manufacturing Bottling Fill Technician position will quickly, safely, and consistently transform the company's bulk liquids into TropiClean and Naturel Promise products that meet quality standard . The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible . This is a safety sensitive position and should not be under the influence of any substance. Primary Responsibilitie s Performs work as assigned by department supervisor. Assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials. Attach appropriate labels to products and packages. Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes. Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues. Place finished goods on the designated pallet. Maintain a clean and safe work area. Adhere to Quality Control Standards. Other duties required by department supervisor. Education Requirement High school Diploma; G.E.D. Experience None, we will train you. Physical Requirements The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee works near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment can be loud. The employee is regularly required to stand, sit, walk; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee must regularly lift and move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds. Competencies Thoroughness Teamwork Orientation Time Management Technical Capacity Observant Detail Oriented Equipment Used Fork Lift , Pack Mule, Electric Pallet Jack, Plastic Wrap Machine, Production Line Machines, Conveyor Belts and other warehouse production materials.
