Sanctuary Treatment Center, is currently hiring a Maintenance Tech to work alongside our Housekeeping Team at our San Fernando Valley locations! Availability / Schedule: Full time, flexible schedule. Scope: The Maintenance Tech position will be responsible for light maintenance duties including repairs and maintain houses, buildings, structures and facilities in all locations in the San Fernando Valley. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for maintenance of houses, buildings, structures and facilities including, but not limited to construction, remodeling, repairs and paint. Report work order changes immediately to Property Manager Must comply with all Safety and Food Safety rules and regulations Perform all other duties as directed by Management EXPERIENCE: 2-year experience in construction, plumbing, electrical and/or carpentry work REQUIREMENTS: Valid California Class C Driver's License and is able to be insured by the carrier and a clean driving record Able to lift 50 lbs Must be able to read and write English This position is both an indoor and outdoor position. Pre-Employment Requirements Hiring is contingent upon completion of a Background Check, TB test, and clearance on a drug screen and pre-employment physical. Current First Aid and CPR certification or willing to obtain upon hire. Sanctuary Treatment requires employees to be vaccinated with exceptions only as required by law (i.e. medical or religion).
