Are You A Go-Getter With B2B Sales Experience? Texas Tradesmen has an opportunity for you! Our Euless, TX office is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team. For the right individual, this is an opportunity to make over 6 figures and we'll give you the resources, tools, and training to make you successful. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 1 year's recent experience in high-volume staffing and or B2B Sales experience. BASIC JOB DESCRIPTION: Staffing Sales Representatives are responsible for maintaining existing client relationships and following leads to acquiring new business relationships for staffing agencies. MINIMUM JOB DUTIES: Market services to hiring companies. Inform companies of the benefits of enlisting with our services. Resolve complaints as they arise. Identify prospective companies. Develop and maintain client relationships. Closing Deals and Managing Territories Provide new and existing customers with outstanding service. MINIMUM REQUIREMENT: Must have excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal) Preferred staffing experience in construction, light industrial, or similar industries. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be proficient with PCs and related software (MS Office/Office 365). Must be a go-getter.
