Job description Multifamily Utility Company, a San Diego-based Utility Billing and Submetering Company, has an exciting job opening for a Director of Marketing. The right person will help develop and manage the marketing strategy for the company. We are a fast growing company offering utility billing and various energy management services to the Multifamily Industry. Some of the requirements for the Directors success will contain the following competencies: Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives. Work closely with design agencies and assisting with project launches. Analyze potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing. Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data. Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing. Manage all marketing activities within the marketing department for the company. Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activites. Manage and update company website. Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC to reach target audience. Prepare monthly reports for President and other leadership The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years' experience in Marketing and team management role Utility billing, property management or multifamily experience Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficient in CRM systems Able to work variable hours as necessary Job Type: Full-time Salary: $85,000.00+ (depending on experience) Schedule: 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Education: Bachelors degree (Preferred) Work Location: Remote
