Essential Functions: Execute marketing initiatives (materials, campaigns, strategies, etc.) by conducting research, contributing ideas, writing copy, contributing to creative development, and promoting Elwood's brand across all channels, including social media. Contribute to all stages of the creative development process from concept and design to final production. Contribute to full-cycle video production (plan, film, and edit video content). Comfortable being the talent in front of the camera is a plus. Proofread and edit digital and print content to ensure consistent, accurate, targeted, and impactful messages across marketing communication materials and vehicles. Maintain positive field relations by listening to and actively seeking feedback and using that information to continuously improve and meet needs. Assist with additional duties and projects as needed, including marketing production support. Track ROI of marketing initiatives and recommend and implement strategy adjustments as needed Provide superior customer service by being responsive, kind, helpful, honest, and respectful in all aspects of the job.  Desired Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree, some college credit, or equivalent professional experience. Good organizational skills and detail orientation. Able to effectively communicate (written and verbally) with all levels of company personnel and with outside contacts. Able to work collaboratively with a team and independently Basic video and audio recording and editing skills. Ability to capture, edit, and post photo and video content on social media channels.
