Primary Responsibilities Daily focus on bottlenecks in production process and assist production leaders on ways to overcome Manage maintenance staff to ensure proper preventative maintenance tasks are completed timely (equipment & tools) Oversee grounds and building maintenance Oversight of quality control department; managing through departmental manager Work with production & talent managers to train staff to meet desire quality standard Oversight of warranty/service department; managing through departmental manager Human resource oversight focused on recruitment, training, retainage, and career mapping of team members Assist Safety Director to ensure all team members have a safe work environment Develop new and innovative solutions to operational challenges Assist management with the implementation of the overall strategic plan for the company Company Details Ritz-Craft is the largest family-owned, off-site, modular home manufacturer in the United States.
