Website: http://www.transglobalus.com Objective We are seeking an experienced Market Developer to recruit potential partners and expand with us. Our ideal candidate is a passionate team player who is result-driven and takes initiative to achieve targets. Responsibilities Achieve individual assigned goals within a given recruitment period Communicate with regional offices to identify needs and design recruiting strategies for developments Approach potential prospects with outreach activities: cold calling, marketing events, and in-person visits Serve as a point of contact to build business relationships with external partners during recruitment process Promote company's all-in-one service platform to insurance agents, realtors, loan agents, CPAs, and business owners as part of recruiting efforts Communicate with vendors to participate in sponsored events, set up booths, distribute brochures and flyers Requirements At least 2 years of experience in sales, recruiting, networking, cold calling, or business promoting activities Fluent English speaker (bilingual in Mandarin Chinese and/or Vietnamese is a plus) Ability to maintain professionalism with effective verbal and written communications Ability to key decision making under crucial circumstances Outgoing, sociable, and people-oriented personality with friendly demeanor Strong interpersonal skills, relationship management skills, and client-servicing mindset Flexible to changes and adaptive to new environments Desire for growth opportunities and open to ongoing trainings Local and out-of-state traveling is required to attend events and visit potential prospects Benefits Starting $4,000 ~ $4,800/mth depend on experience, will raise if pass probation Health insurance (medical/dental/vision/HSA) covering spouse and dependents 401(k) with employer matching Paid sick leave (6 days), paid personal leave (6 days) Paid vacation (accrued based on years of employment) Paid holidays, paid jury duty, paid training * To apply, please forward your resume and cover letter to XXXX@transpacificagency.com
