Overall Scope: The Regional Fitness Manager primary responsibilities will be to support the DC Metro Market's Fitness sales, operations and service. Develop and implement scalable systems that deliver financial results while enhancing the member and team member experience. The ideal fit for this role is an individual with the ability to grow a personal training department through active recruiting, training/development, engagement and strategic planning. This nationally certified leader is dedicated to inspiring those around them through consistent and measurable execution and accountability. This person is a genuine and authentic leader, who is committed to culture and ready to grow with us! Major Responsibilities: · Support and develop the Personal Training Team to improve sales and client retention · Partner with field leaders to assess, design and implement fitness strategies and operating tools · Support field leaders to increase personal trainer full-time team members and grow total training revenue · Provide direct support to the club level leadership team in order to develop clear plans for success · Work directly within the Regional Team to help enhance all fitness related aspects across multiple departments Qualifications & Requirements: · Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience · Minimum 4 years' experience in Fitness Industry · Experience as a Personal Trainer preferred · Multi-location management experience preferred · Current personal training certification from an approved accredited institution preferred · Excellent communication and customer service skills
