PGLS is one of the fastest growing companies in the language services industry. With our continued growth we are looking to add a recruiter to our team. The recruiter will be responsible for recruiting for all internal positions and helping manage our internship program. Duties/Responsibilities: Consult with management to understand the requirements, duties, and qualifications desired for the specified vacant position(s). Collect and analyze data to maintain current understanding of fair and competitive market salaries, candidate availability, and demand for candidates. Screen candidates, select qualified and interested candidates for the interviewing phase, and then connect viable candidates with hiring managers. Check candidates references and credentials, verifying experience and backgrounds.. Organize and attend job fairs, campus events, and other networking opportunities. Maintain and ensure compliance with applicable equal employment opportunity (EEO) and related employment laws and regulations. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with aptitude in conducting interviews. Excellent organizational skills. Thorough understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws and guidelines. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field required. At least two years of human resources or related experience required. SHRMs Talent Acquisition Specialty Credential a plus. Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
