DiaFeliz Spa at the Cliffs Hotel and Spa is located along the Central Coast of Pismo Beach. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic part-time Spa and Gift Shop Attendant. We are open daily, Sunday-Thursday 10am-6pm, and Friday-Saturday 9am-8pm. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: -Informs guests of current promotions, specials, events and services. -Excels in knowledge of spa services and is able to assist guests during booking. -Is able to serve multiple guests at one time while maintaining composure during busy selling times. -Keeps a clean and organized work environment. -Offers superior customer service to all guests. -Knowledge of product lines and product sales to spa guests. -Cleanliness of gift shop and spa facilities. -Demonstrates sales ability and ability to handle objections. -Confident in explaining the benefits of wellness. QUALIFICATIONS: -High school diploma or GED equivalent. -Minimum 1 year reception and/ or customer service experience. -Must be Responsible Beverage Service certified. -Flexibility with schedule and working weekends and holidays may be required. -Good computer and phone skills. -Hospitality is preferred. -Retail experienced is preferred. - Ability to wear many hats. Position entails reception work, booking spa appointments but also maintaining cleanliness of locker room areas and spa lounge.
