Current agents with good selling ability are earning on average $1,500.00 - $2,500.00 per month depending on season. We offer Professional Sales Training to help you build your sales skill. What you'll do:Effectively listen and identify customer needs to communicate and offer additional products and services to enhance the customer's travel experience.Capture customers without reservations to increase market share.Guide customers through the rental process using empathy, empowerment and problem-solving skills to provide a memorable experience to delight the customer.Assist customers with vehicle exchanges, returns, future reservations and any concerns they may have. Will occasionally be the greeter for returning customers, and drive cars to our lot when a customer returns a vehicle.What we're looking for:High School Diploma (or equivalent)Valid Driver's LicenseEffective verbal communication skills with customers, co-workers and managementFlexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidaysBasic computer skills (typing, data entry)Ability to demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm and outstanding communication skills with customers, co-workers and managementAbility to use proven sales techniques while providing a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environmentExtra points for this:6 months of customer service and/or sales experiencePerks you'll get:$18.60 an hour for 90 days while you are trainingAfter 90 days, $16.60 an hour base pay plus a lucrative commission/incentive/bonus plan (Unlimited earnings potential as much as 2 times your annual base salary!)Access to Medical, Dental, Vision, Life and Disability insurance, Flex spending401(k) Retirement PlanPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysEmployee discounts, including discounted prices on the purchase of carsFull training to learn the business and enhance professional skills
