WeatherBarr Windows and Doors of Fort Smith, AR is looking to hire a full-time Class A CDL Driver . Our company Class A CDL Drivers do much more than just drive a truck. They are the people that interact directly with our customers. Beyond loading and unloading materials and products, our Class A CDL Drivers must demonstrate our commitment to customer service and satisfaction, with every load, every day. Our drivers are typically home on the weekends and have 2 to 3 days runs. Primary Tasks and Responsibilities: Driving a sleeper cab semi truck Unloading trucks by hand Other job duties as assigned Qualifications: Be 21 years of age or older with a class A CDL drivers license Demonstrate excellent customer service skills Pass initial and random drug screens. Friendly and outgoing personality Be able to lift and carry up to 80 lbs. without assistance repeatedly Have a clean driving record Be detail oriented Be motivated, hardworking and honest Additional duties and responsibilities as required Salary: Pay will be .57 cents a mile plus rate per drop and backhaul pay ABOUT WEATHERBARR WINDOWS AND DOORS A third-generation family business since 1934, we manufacture custom windows and doors for dealers in a 9-state region in the Mid-South.
