VAL-CO is a leader in commercial poultry, egg, and swine production equipment, specializing in world-famous poultry watering and feeding systems is currently looking for Full-Time Press Room S/U Run in the Coldwater, Ohio facility. Scheduled workdays are Monday thru Friday, 2nd Shift- 3:30pm - 12:00am. *Offering up to $23.25 an hour, plus time and a half for all hours worked over 40 * 12 days PTO upon completion of 90-day probationary period * Stay Bonus- $1 per hour worked (more details upon interview/hire) * $1,500 Sign-On Bonus after 6 months of employment is completed * PAID WEEKLY *Overtime currently available *Responsibilities Include: Set-Up and operation of C.N.C. controlled machines such as brakes and turrets. Utilize required tools and measuring instruments to perform required job functions and produce quality parts for customer orders. Adhere to all company safety requirements. Properly complete all required paperwork. Properly follow all instructions from trainers and supervisors. Contribute to a growing company with improvement ideas to make work processes better for all employees. * Company provides all training required on site to develop individuals and open opportunities for future advancement. * Company provides all tools and measuring devices to effectively perform functions of job. *Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability.
