Job Description: We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator to provide technical support for our Domain Controller environment. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our organization's Domain Controllers, including Active Directory, DNS, and related applications. You will work closely with our IT team to maintain system stability, troubleshoot issues, and implement new features and upgrades as needed. Responsibilities: Manage and support Domain Controller environment, including Active Directory, DNS, and related applications Ensure system stability and reliability, proactively monitor, and troubleshoot issues Implement and manage user access and permissions Maintain and administer domain security, including user authentication and authorization Provide end-user support for domain applications, including troubleshooting and training Work with IT team to develop and implement new features and upgrades Document system configuration, procedures, and user guides Requirements: 2+ years of experience in Domain Controller support, administration, and troubleshooting Experience with Active Directory, DNS, and related applications Strong understanding of Domain Controller administration, including user management, security, and compliance Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience with PowerShell scripting for Domain Controller administration Experience with other Microsoft technologies, such as Exchange Server and SharePoint Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or similar certification If you meet the requirements and are excited about this opportunity, we encourage you to apply for this position.
