Tueller Counseling Services Full-Time positions open in our Rexburg, Rigby, and Idaho Falls offices. We are dedicated to assisting individuals and families in overcoming struggles, increasing independence, and building positive relationships. At Tueller Counseling, competent professionals work together in providing guidance, support, and skills training to clients to ensure recovery and resiliency. These services enable individuals and families to build and sustain productive, meaningful, and happy lives. Purpose : Collaborate with client and family to identify goals and potential solutions to problems which cause emotional turmoil. Counselors seek to; improve communication and coping skills; strengthen self-esteem; promote behavior change; and provide accurate documentation of efforts. Qualifications: Must be one of the following: licensed psychologist, licensed psychologist extender, licensed MSW, licensed LCSW, licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, licensed Professional Counselor, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Be able to pass an enhanced background check Job Responsibilities: Working from a client's Individualized Treatment Plan, counsel individuals, couples, and families as assigned using evidence-based treatment techniques. Complete Comprehensive Diagnoses for clients. Complete required assessments for qualifying clients. Along with client and/or parent/guardian, determine objectives and tasks for clients; develop Psychotherapy treatment plan. Perform annual renewals for assigned clients and submit applicable documentation within the appropriate timeframe. Comply with any Insurance Carrier requirements to treat. Communicate pertinent treatment information to client, family, multidisciplinary team, and supervisor(s). All other duties as assigned.
