Guardian Garage Floors is seeking a highly motivated In-Home Sales consultant that has great rapport building skills, loves competition, and that will represent our company well. This is a commission only position but is highly compensated. Position consists of driving to company generated leads, adapting to and following a proven sales methodology (training will be provided), calculating and delivering on-site quotes, handling objections and closing jobs on-site. Sales consultants will be expected to work with office staff and installation crews for continued excellence in job completion, so adequate communication skills and a team mentality is a must.The concrete coating business is a highly competitive and highly lucrative industry growing fast in the Tampa/Sarasota area.
