Do you have an interest in institutional capacity building and training foreign partners? Sincerus is seeking an experienced military intelligence Training Professional/Instructor to work with the Botswana Ministry of Defense (MoD) in support of Department of State funded peacekeeping program initiatives. The Training Professional/Instructor will work with the Botswana Military Intelligence School to develop training curriculum. The Training Professional/Instructor will serve in a full time, embedded, twelve-month long commitment abroad in Botswana . This is a multi-year contract. The Training Professional/Instructor will work with the Botswana MoD and military intelligence entities to develop training curriculum for the newly established Botswana Military Intelligence school. Basic Qualifications: U.S. citizen Bachelor's degree in Intelligence, Criminal Justice, Political Science, Law Enforcement, or other related topics; plus 6 years of prior experience working in military or military-related intelligence Have reached, at a minimum, the rank of O-4 in the military or equivalent in a civilian capacity (i.e., GS-11/12/13 or industry equivalent) 4+ years of experience developing and/or implementing military intelligence or related training programs or activities 2+ years of experience communicating and implementing military intelligence technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders Minimum one year of directly related experience developing Program of Instruction (POI) or course curricula; Prior demonstrated proficiency and professional experience developing training curricula for a wide variety of training audiences Active Secret clearance PREFERRED Qualifications: Experience working in Africa 2+ years of experience working with foreign governments or foreign militaries on military intelligence or related program activities Possess the ability to: Effectively communicate in English verbally and in writing Have working knowledge and experience with the basic personal computer, Windows Operating System, and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
