Productive Resources Unit Supervisor III East Moline, Illinois - Full Time Productive Resources ( www.pr-engservices.com ) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at our customer's facility in East Moline, Illinois. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will be responsible Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Efficiency of the Maintenance Operations Team to support production and infrastructure equipment across the business. This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization. Duties: Responsible for Safety, Quality, Delivery and Efficiency of the maintenance operations team (5-10 employees) Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting support of production equipment Manage team performance and take corrective actions as needed Assign and monitor work orders, PM's and maintenance project work Support team continuous improvement program Monitor, make corrections and investigate failures to root cause Troubleshoot production equipment such as robot systems, welders, hoists, fixtures Coordinate with Factory Automation and IT teams to resolve down equipment issues Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology, Business/Management, Supply Management, or equivalent experience. Excellent communicator who t hrives on solving problems and working in a team environment 3+ year experience supporting shop floor manufacturing and/or maintenance operations Ability and flexibility to work on both 1st and 3rd shifts (not swing shifts) based upon production and business needs Knowledge across functions of manufacturing and distribution processes (i.e. quality, tooling, manufacturing design, total preventative maintenance or facilities) Controls - Allen Bradley, Rockwell Automation PLC etc. Factory Automation Preferred Skill Understanding of employee policies, practices, procedures, and work rules appropriate for the unit. Experience in a maintenance leadership role in a union environment. 3+ y ears of experience working with SAP/PM module Experience with Data Analytic tools As a condition of employment consideration, Productive Resources conducts pre-employment screening, including a background check and drug test.
