Extra Virgin South Beach, an Italian/American restaurant, is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the team. Candidates must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish. Candidates should have 3-5 years of relevant experience. Candidates should be familiar with practices such as ordering, inventory, recipe development and standardization, and standard food handling Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs). Candidates must either currently have a Food Handling or ServSafe Certification or be willing to obtain one within 90 days of hiring.
