ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Client Service Team a nswers all inbound calls Process client payments Gather quote information and assign Counsel clients on various insurance questions Manage g lass and tow claims Process mortgagee changes Process endorsements and verify accuracy Update client information Issue auto ID cards Prepare and distribute policy documents at clients' request Provide support to producers and account managers as needed Additional projects and responsibilities may be assigned Develop and maintain close working relationship with team Prepare for and attend team meetings Strengthen client relationships through engagement Pursue a program for personal and professional development KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Current Michigan insurance license is a plus, but not a must; we will help you get licensed Possess a genuine willingness to learn; be intuitive, resourceful and coachable Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude Excellent communication/interpersonal skills Confident, self-starter who works well independently Must have ability to multi-task Career minded vision Proficient with technology and comfortable learning new software Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint TRAINING & EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or equivalent Ability to work 40 hours per week
