Each of their contributions are an integral part of the company's overall success. We are currently looking for a dayshift CNC Supervisor that would be responsible for Supervising the CNC Department. Compensation: $25-$30+/hr depending on experience How you'll make an impact: Schedule Shop Orders Assign Shop Orders to appropriate personnel and machines Ensure the department is stocked with appropriate and necessary equipment and supplies. Communicate with other departments to assure parts are delivered timely and to proper workstation. Oversee quality and safety standards within department. Train or arrange training to promote proper work practices including good housekeeping. Check and/or prepare proper paperwork for finished goods, transfers, timecards, etc. Maintain Employee schedules. Initiate new methods to improve efficiency, safety, and quality of department. Lead, arrange and promote lean activities and more! You'll thrive in this role if you...
