Waukesha State Bank's Prairie Trust Division is looking for a Senior Personal Trust Assistant to perform a variety of tasks to support the division's Senior Trust Administrators. Our Assistants provide client support, assess client issues, process client transactions, prepare client paperwork, and stay current on monthly reporting & reconciliations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, work with a high degree of accuracy, have an aptitude for research and problem resolution and meet strict deadlines. Trust and estate knowledge is a plus! This is an onsite position in Madison, WI. Employment with Waukesha State Bank is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screen.
