About the Opportunity As Accounts Payable Specialist you will: Sort, code, and match invoices to purchase orders Enter and upload invoices into accounting software / ERP system Create batches of invoices for payment Charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries Maintain accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions Other tasks as needed or assigned About You The Accounts Payable Specialist opportunity may be a match for you if you have the following qualifications: 2+ years' accounts payable experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience Working knowledge of general ledgers, SGA, and LPO Proficiency with MS Office Suite Keen attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
