Position Overview: This position is responsible for the stocking and distribution of all bar products. Essential Job Functions: As a Bar back, you are an essential key to ensuring that the bars are properly stocked with all necessary supplies. This can include, but is not limited to setting up bars prior to events by delivering product, ice, and supplies, as well as replenishing items during events as needed or requested, and assisting in the breakdown and clean up of bars at the end of each event. A successful Bar back will make sure that they are timely and accurate in the delivery of product and maintain all the necessary paperwork for inventory purposes and provide extraordinary customer service. Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Must have prior bar experience Must have a valid TEAM or TIP certification card Must have a valid County Food Handler Card on file with Craft Culinary Concepts and in your possession for each event worked Must be discrete and keep all information and details of guests confidential Must have a H.S Diploma or equivalent Must complete all pre-employment forms, successfully pass a background check and math assessment involving all US monetary units Must be able to work with a group as well as independently Other Skills/Abilities Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis and be on feet for several hours Ability to work non-traditional hours including nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to work in extreme temperature fluctuations and around excessive noise The above description is not all-inclusive and may include other related duties as needed.
