***Rome Health is seeking a Business System Analyst to join the IT department team*** Your job functions will be to review, analyze and evaluate user needs to create systems solutions that support overall business strategies. Document system requirements and define scope and objectives. You will have the opportunity to gain exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job functions. Looking for a team player, but someone who will work well on their own with little supervision. Typically this position requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. You will report to the Information Systems Director. The work week is 37.5 hours, with on call and flexible hours. Rome Health is a non-profit health care system based in Rome, N.Y., providing services to patients throughout Central New York. From primary care to long-term care, Rome Health delivers quality, compassionate medical care for every stage of life. Rome Health is an affiliate of St. Joseph's Health and an affiliated clinical site of New York Medical College. Education: BS in Related Field, or equivalent. Needs to be able to demonstrate relevant on-going training and applicable certifications.
