The Member Services team is the first point of contact for our members and their guests upon arrival to the Club. They are ready and willing to assist members in a variety of ways, finding solutions to all situations and requests. Job Tasks/Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for members and guests Act as concierge for local reservations, as well as Club reservations Facilitate health screening for all members and guests entering the club Provide world-class customer service in all interactions and situations Skills Fast learner Must be personable and outgoing Ability to make quick decisions with limited supervision Be able to switch priorities with little or no notice Adapt to changing work conditions and environments Communicate well with members and with team Physical Demands & Work Environment Must be able to stand indoors and outdoors in winter weather for long periods of time Must be able to push, pull, lift, or otherwise move up to 40 (forty) lbs. Must be willing and able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
