The Quality Assurance Specialist's primary responsibility is inspecting our rental properties to ensure they are in excellent condition for our guests and homeowners. Overview of job responsibilities: Inspecting rentals for cleaning and maintenance issues Property preparation Property inventory and staging Delivering needed items to guests The ideal candidate will: Have reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided) and a cell phone. Be honest, ethical, and dependable. Have the ability to lift up to 50 lbs Showcase outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Be energetic and guest focused.
