Program/Project Manager III Location: Charleston, NC Onsite Position EM Key Solutions is seeking a Program Manager III with Information Operations knowledge in Charleston, SC. The preferred candidate will be familiar with the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, the United States Marine Corps (USMC), and the Marine Corps Force Design 2030. Familiar with the NIWC Atlantic Terrestrial Collections and Identity Operations (TCIO) Integrated Planning Team (IPT). Duties: NIWC Atlantic Terrestrial Collections and Identity Operations (TCIO) IPT supports the Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) Information Dominance (INFODOM) program office in the research, development, design, and sustainment of the Publically Available Information / Open Source Intelligence (PAI/OSINT) program. PAI/OSINT is a new start program that will leverage existing tools, processes, and technologies to provide Marines information advantage and decision superiority over the adversary. The INFODOM program offices support a wide range of operations to the Marine Corps Force Protection, Military Intelligence (MI), Command, Control, Computer, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) missions. Required Qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or other accredited Project Management Certification. Fifteen (15) years of technical experience supporting programs/projects, including Equipment Support, System Support, and Programmatic Support. Experience shall include at least eight (8) years of Program Management experience, to include: Technology Assessments, Systems Design, Systems Analysis, Programmatic Support, Acquisition Planning, and Budget Planning. Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD procurement policies and procedures. The individual shall have written and oral communications abilities commensurate with this management role. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or Business. Clearance: Active Secret Clearance; Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
