To learn more about our culture and other career opportunities, visit Proservice.com/career Role Overview Our Client Implementation function is focused on fostering great partnerships that make it easy to be a Client, activating solutions that engage and satisfy the Client's needs, while providing viable and scalable solutions that can be successfully delivered and maintained through our ongoing service operations. The ProService implementation team is looking for a seasoned and proven Implementation Manager to coach, develop, and engage our Implementation team. In this role, you will be expected to empower and drive the team members to deliver a best-in-class implementation experience for new Clients as they begin their partnership with ProService. The Implementation Manager also collaborates with Sales and the Client Experience team. Responsibilities: People Leadership: Attract, hire, and retain a team of high performing Implementation Consultants, Platform Analysts, and Implementation Assistants. Coach, develop and inspire the group to become high-performing, entrepreneurial teams that drive results with efficiency. This includes establishing, maintaining and holding the team accountable to productivity, accuracy, and quality standards that earn delighted Client sentiments. Program Execution: Drive the execution of team playbooks and initiatives that enable a consistent, high-quality Client experience for each Client. Associate Engagement: Foster an environment that induces discretionary effort through thoughtful and intentional engagement efforts. Service & Growth: Drive the group's focus on Client Experience to ensure accurate and effective onboarding for new Clients. Foster strong collaborative cross-functional relationships to ensure the Implementation group is supporting Sales efforts, while also creating sustainable Service Team support. Innovation: Never settle for the status quo, with a mind always focuses on process improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with and value internal partners at a high level and understand that you can achieve more with others. Requirements & Qualifications: Required Experience Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on software implementation experience (any industry) Minimum of 2-3 years in a front-line leader role (any capacity) Minimum of 1-2 years of front-line leadership experience specifically in an implementation capacity Experience managing individuals with various skill-levels, tenure, and personalities Successful project management experience with demonstrable success Bonus Points Bachelor's Degree Human Capital Management experience, particularly in the PEO/HRO world HCM certifications Familiarity with HR best practices Elite change management and collaboration skills Champion of process improvement initiatives to go-live Have developed and promoted individual contributors into leadership capacities Benefits & Perks Paid Parental Leave Student Loan Repayment Assistance 401k Company Match Generous paid time off including 7 observed holidays, floating holidays, and paid volunteer time.
