Our team has consisted of alumni from Meritage a Brasserie, Butcher and the Boar, Restaurant Alma, W.A. Frost, FIKA, COV, Spoon and Stable and many more notable kitchens in the Twin Cities. We are a busy professional restaurant year-round and provide a stable kitchen job with the average tenure of our cooks at 3-5 years.
