Diploma or Equivalent Required Experience: 1-Year Hours: Maximum of 40-per week, Monday to Friday and weekends as necessary Pay Rate: (depending on experience) GENERAL DESCRIPTION Community Bridge Inc. is a Facilities Management company specializing in Landscape/Grounds Maintenance services. Community Bridge is seeking experienced Grounds Maintenance Laborers for the landscape season to perform landscape services. Qualified applicants should have a minimum of 1-year landscape experience, possess a valid driver's license, have a clean driving record, have reliable transportation to/from work, and be able to satisfactorily complete a background check. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Mow and edge established lawns using power mowers and edgers; Use hand tools, such as shovels, rakes, saws, hedge or brush trimmers; Plant flowers, grass, shrubs, or bushes; Remove weeds from bedding areas; Water lawns, trees, and plants using portable sprinkler system, watering hose, or watering cans; Gather and remove litter and landscape debris; Ensure landscape maintenance is completed per the job specifications; Demonstrate proper use of landscape equipment; Perform minor equipment repairs (where applicable); Demonstrate courteous and professional customer service skills; Communicate clearly and effectively with crew members and supervisor; Make recommendations on how to efficiently service job sites JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in all types of outdoor weather conditions. Must be able to pass background check. H.S. Diploma or equivalent required.
