AMG Healthcare provides an asset management service to healthcare facilities and systems in the Southeast. Our mission is "To improve the management of patient mobility equipment by reducing cost and improving patient care."We are looking to add the below part- and full-time positions to our team in Charlotte.Field Service Technician ("FST"): The FST will be responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of mobility equipment for AMG's customers. The FST will facilitate staging activities to ensure that customer departments have the appropriate availability of equipment. The FST will report directly to the VP of Operations. K ey Responsibilities: Staging wheelchair and stretcher mobility equipment for departments of hospital customer Ensure equipment in disrepair is moved out of service and staged for pickup Proactively communicate with department manager, directors and leaders to ensure we are meeting service expectations Proactively follow up on customer suggestions and requests Communicate daily on par list quantities of equipment for major departments and any noteworthy service concerns or issues Strong communication skills are required. An upbeat positive attitude and sense of urgency coupled with an open mind are what we are seeking in the FST.Full-Time Position Third shift position working from 10pm to 7am (Hours may change to better meet customer need however will always be in overnight/ early AM timeframe.)
