We are seeking, kind, compassionate, caring, skilled, knowledgeable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team in our Inpatient Rehab Hospital. STAFFING COORDINATOR FULL TIMEJOB SUMMARY: Responsible for activities which ensure that all hospitals are appropriately staffed at all times, including scheduling, and recruiting.ESENTIAL TASKS:The tasks, duties and responsibilities that comprise the means of accomplishing the hospital's purpose and objectives. Essential functions are critical and fundamental to the performance of the job. They are the major functions for which the person in the job are held accountable. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions as listed below:1. Assists DNO's and Nurse Managers with staffing and scheduling.2. Maintains master attendance logs on all necessary staff.3. Maintains master book with requested time off forms.4. Assists with finding personnel to fill call-ins and/or personnel emergencies.5. Assists DNO's and Nurse Managers with timesheets and payroll as needed.6. Orients agency staff, as necessary.7. Performs other duties as assigned to support overall effectiveness of the departments.MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTSMinimum Education and Experience:• High School diploma or equivalent required.• Minimum of two (2) years clerical experience in a health care setting preferred.Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:• Demonstrates general computer skills including data entry, word processing, email and record management.• Effective organizational and time management skills.• Effective written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to maintain quality and safety standards.• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSGeneral Activity per Shift• Stand/Walk 2-4 hours, Sit 4-6 hours, Drive 1-2 hours• Bend, Squat, Crawl, Climb, Reach, Lift, Carry, Push, Pull up to 1/3 of the time• Use of Hands/Feet for Gross Motor Function• Lift up to 25 lbs. up to 1/3 of the time• Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment and computer keyboard• Close vision and the ability to adjust focus
