Sunshine Starts in Yorktown Heights is looking for before school and after school staff.Teacher Assistant Qualifications:At least one year of experience caring for children ages 0-5Work collaboratively with the Lead Teacher, assisting in carrying out planned curriculum/activitiesHelp to effectively manage the classroomBe responsible for the well being of children in your classEngage children in activities and play that stimulates their developmentSupervise children while keeping them safe at all timesRecord each child's activitiesCreate and maintaining an environment that is clean, organized, and safe for all childrenAll positions must be able to competently and actively supervise children to include:Be mentally and physically capable of caring for a large group of childrenBe able to kneel, bend, squat, lift, push, pull, and carry children as requiredBe available to work at 6:15 am or 3:00 p.m.-6:30 p.m. Job Posted by ApplicantPro
